It is a lovely house with absolutely everything! Almost everything new. Super clean.
Beautiful large garden nice and quiet.
With nice weather in the garden with bath and with less weather inside fire.
Large Dutch bed! Sleeps wonderfully.
Wooded area . Deer seen 😉
Contact with Jos was quick and clear.
We got so in the mood that we almost went house hunting...

Visited your Gite Bersac last week and wish you at this one
compliment the fantastic 150 year old house.
Everything is complete, perfect wifi at such a distance from the village and all
Dutch TV channels (and also some Belgian) on a large screen.
There is a brand new Siemens combi/grill microwave in the kitchen,
so cooking without gas, fantastic.
For fun, we turned on the wood stove a few times, what
a very nice face with all those flames, very "romantic".
What a beautiful area, many hiking trails in the adjacent forests,
so from the house and also once seen 15 deer with 4 little ones.
A beautiful garden with nice places to sit for a glass of French wine.
This house is highly recommended and we will definitely come back again, very nice!

For the second time we have been in your "house" and again it is
excellent.
You immediately feel "at home" when you arrive and spacious enough for that
5 people.
The garden is so beautiful, a pity that the swimming pool is not yet finished
temperature was, we played a lot of table tennis.
In the sun it is already quite warm, the month of May is great in terms of nature.
Again beautiful walks in the area, what a rest.
Also this time we saw 3 deer and a wild boar with young, nice sight.
Limoges is a great city with many attractions, including the Cora
large and modern.
You see, we had a great time (including the children) and will definitely come
back again next year.
